PROCESS
We take the time to understand what you need before we recommend anything
WORKFLOW
01
Get in touch
Fill out the form on our contact page and tell us a little about what you're looking for. It only takes a few minutes.
02
We'll reach out to you
Once we receive your message, someone from our team will give you a call. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
03
We'll have a quick conversation
Before recommending anything, we'll take some time to understand your situation — what you're going through and what kind of support might help. The more you're able to share, the better we can help.
04
We'll find the right fit for you
Based on that conversation, we'll put together a few options that suit your needs. You choose what feels right and we'll take it from there.
What to bring to your first session
To help us make the most of your time with us, we’ll ask you to have a few things ready before your first appointment.
Intake form. We’ll send you a short form to fill out before your session. It covers some basic personal and health background, so your psychologist has a little context before you meet.
Consent form: You’ll also need to sign a consent form to participate in the counseling process. We’ll walk you through it — nothing will be signed without you understanding what it means.
Previous records (if applicable). If you have any past psychological or medical records that you feel are relevant, feel free to bring them along. It’s not required, but it can be helpful.
Payment or insurance details. If you’re using insurance or have specific payment arrangements, please have those details on hand so we can handle billing without any delays.
If you’re unsure about any of these, just ask us when we get in touch — we’re happy to help you get ready for your first session.
